Have to say overall I do like this place, but my last stay was definitely not one for the books! Too bad b/c this place is great to stay at with kids, a staycation, or if you are just traveling solo. And the ocean view and flower beds are beautiful. Hopefully next time my stay will be pleasant .

A great place to get away. Beautiful spacious rooms with plenty of space for up to six people easily. Fireplace balconies, great staff and location. Of course, we opted for the two room suite which included a full kitchen and TVs and every bedroom and living room. Must stay at this beautiful resort.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was given a free upgrade to an ocean view room. Was pretty excited about the upgrade, but when we got to our room I was a bit disappointed.

The carpet in the living room and bedroom was rippled through out, like there had been water damage. Parts of the carpet had small holes. Parts of the baseboard in the living room were not completed. Tiles in the kitchen were cracked and missing grout in some areas.

The bed mattress was too small and too big for the box spring at the same time. The end of the mattress hung off and the sides were too short and left a gap.

Shower stall didn't drain well. Water accumulated about an inch throughout the whole shower and took a while to fully drain once the shower was done. We used the bath/shower combo after that and the drain worked fine.

It was a pretty poor representation of a Hilton property. I completed the survey from the hotel with the same info above and only received this as a response:
Wendy, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your visit with us was anything less than satisfactory. Our complimentary upgrade to ocean view unit doesn't seem like it worked out for you. We apologized for that. Have a great Holiday. Kind Regards."

Nothing to acknowledge the poor quality and upkeep of the room at all. Won't be staying at this property again.

Our room had exceptional size and a great layout. Though it was very dated and needed a complete remodel we were on a third floor facing the ocean. The view was outstanding. The common areas were very updated and nice. The pool was very nicely taken care of and large.

This trip was fun and there was lots of activities to complete with the family. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. I would highly recommend this resort to other families and feel that the location is perfect if you’re going to Legoland.

Patricia is kind, polite and professional. She checked us in quickly, thoroughly and made sure we had all our needs met. She followed up to make sure we were comfortable and our room was satisfactory. The concierge, Moses is right on top of things. He answered all our questions and helped us select activities to do while we are here. We are off to a fantastic start!

My son and I had the most wonderful stay at your resort last week on recommendation from your employee Tom Hoover. I had worked with Tom years ago and we have remained friends. I know for certain as an employee and as a friend, your company is all the better for having Tom Hoover on your team. The room was impeccable, the resort was beautiful yet comfortable and welcoming. The ladies in the next room had to have their sliding patio door repaired and Dylan and Alex came right away to fix it and were so professional and nice. The ladies felt completely comfortable leaving them in the room while they went out for a bit. And the door was all fixed when they rreturned.It is the perfect getaway for both adults and children and it's close to everything any guest would need. My son and I will definitely be back and I will be highly recommending your resort. Thank you for making our getaway a true vacation from any worries ?

Excellent staff and great resort. Kids loved the pool and splash pad as well as the playground. Adults had their own pool if desired. Lots of hot tubs around the grounds. Close to Legoland and excellent walking paths. Rooms were spacious and clean.
