Hace unos meses denuncié a la Mayordoma Lorena García con la Supervisora Raquel, porque la mayordoma me gritaba y hacía mi área de trabajo hostil

Perdí mi trabajo, me mandaron a un area precaria y dejaron a la mayordoma en su puesto, siendo que ella ha tenido muchos reportes por parte del personal, Recursos Humanos de Hall hizo pruebas contra mi en lugar de apoyarme, después fui intimidado por Raquel y Loui Rodríguez en una junta porque un forklift me golpeó en el área donde estaba y decidí renunciar

Es una compañía que no se preocupa por sus empleados, si tienen una queja de las supervisoras o de los mayordomos simplemente te corren, mucha gente no hace nada, pero yo levante la voz y me intimidaron

Los lleve a juicio por el golpe con el forklift y como soy una persona que sufre ansiedad y depresión cerré el caso

Earl Hall habla de que lo más importante son sus empleados y miente, porque es una compañía que en el empaque de ajo de Coalinga tiene mayordomas que parecen capataz de Hacienda

Son una muy mala compañía

this company discriminate"s supervisor Luis Santana had a issu with me because i reported him with the company after he didn't negotiate on how much they where going to pay the people that are picking the almonds with the pickup machin so when i called the office they asked me for my name had no choice but to tell them 2 weeks later im driving a sweeper and i hit a tree and made a small dent on the machin so i had to reported and when Luis faund out it was me he made sure i was out and Santino backed him up all the wey he asked me that i had to do a drug test and i told him for what it was a accident and he said that was what Luis wanted and also he said that i was going to get suspended so i sing the warning paper thinking it was just for the suspention but after i singed it and read it it said that i refussed the drug screend but this other guy thats working day shift wrecked the same type of machine with a telephone pole didnt get a warning,drug tested or suspended is still working there are 5 people that have damaged machine's and not one of them is gone only me iv never gotten a warning or nothing but on the first one i get all this bull sh....
