I had the most fantastic customer experience with Tiffany last weekend. When I called about ordering a pair of jeans in a smaller size, she immediately checked stock in-house. She then managed to locate the last pair in my size from another store in the entire company and immediately ordered it for me. She followed up with text messages and phone calls. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help me! She is a wonderful representative for AG Jeans. Thank you Tiffany.

Got overall $5k stuffs from AG and $3k from this store accumulatively, some not registered in my account. Whenever you’re buying things, staffs attempted to be friendly, but not always engaging.

Today I came to pick up my alterations and also worn my chino here to get it altered since I didn’t have time when I got it. They told me that I have to bring it in another day because I wore it already. I explained that I literally just put it on an hour ago because I know they’re going to ask me to wear it for measurement, and drove here from Palo Alto and it’s not dirty or anything, the staff were not reasonable or flexible at all and just kept stressing that it’s the tailor’s rule. I expected a bit smarter and reasonable services. Very bad impression after this time. Probably will not come here again. Would rather drive to LA.

The new manager also seems unhappy all the time compared to other AG stores I’ve been to, e.g. LA/Vegas/NYC, where I was faced with a lot of enthusiasm and warm services.

Great customer experience during the summer sale.

The store manager, Tiffany, was extraordinarily helpful and patient as I tried on dozens of jeans for size and fabric. She clearly explained all the different styles, fabrics, and sale items. And even checked and corrected one price that was posted incorrectly in her POS system.

Tiffany already knew my inseam from nearly three years ago, so measuring for alterations was a breeze.

Love the jeans, love the sale, and loved the customer experience!

Great team at this store. Online shopping is super convenient but to get that perfect fit and great advice you need the kind of people that this location has. Go there..you won't be disappointed with the level of service and quality of product.

I have purchased about six pair over the last three years. None have lasted more than one year. The fabric wears very thin at stress points, and easily tears at pockets after about ten washes. I’ve thrown four pair away, and I don’t abuse them. They don’t last
