Servizio pessimo persone senza scrupoli al limite della decenza

They have a few units and the one we stayed in was on Via P. Togliatti.

Pros: close to the Fiera Milano in Rho in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop right in front of the building and the bus ride is less than 10-min. The host was somewhat flexible and patient enough to wait for our check-in in the early evening. Accommodate up to 6, 7 people within the unit and with fair pricing. Two bathrooms (the one on the upper floor is well-lit, but the one downstairs is a bit dark). Kitchen is fully-equipped and bath towels were available.

Cons: Upon arrival, we realized that it's got a very narrow spiral staircase to reach the second floor (where three of the single beds were placed). Needless to say, it's extremely difficult to move our belongings to the 2nd floor, so we asked the host for help. Had to wait a little bit for a colleague to arrive and dropped off keys to access the back door, which supposedly leads to the 2nd floor; except the keys didn't work. If you have strong men in your group, or just a cabin-sized suitcase, then you should be able to manage. But if you don't, good luck not hurting yourself moving the belongings up the very narrow spiral staircase. During check-in, we were told that the hot water tank is only 80L and that the water takes a while to warm up - our group find this quite inconvenient. The vent in the bathroom on the upper floor has to be switched off because for some reason it creates a loud noise for the next door neighbour, and the neighbour will not hesitate to come over and *scream* at you for using the vent.

Not a big deal as there are grocery stores nearby, but do expect to bring your own shampoo/shower gel, garbage bags, and toilet paper as they are not provided.

All in all, I'm not sure we'll come back to this accommodation.
