This is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. The room service is impeccable and the breakfast is super delicious. The croissants are just so good. I drink the tea. Everyone is very kind and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff.

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. The room service is impeccable and the breakfast is super delicious. The croissants are just so good. I drink the tea. Everyone else drank the coffee, but it was beautiful. I highly recommended.

Amazing room and services!

It’s brand new Hotel. A bit far from center but no trouble with car. Very spacious parking space and even charging for electric cars.

Breakfast: we got croissants and as for drinks: coffee and juice

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Via Madonna del Pantano, 67 in Italy. The automatic communication system was unreliable, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Even more concerning, the owner of the hotel was aggressive toward both children and myself, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service was unacceptable, and I even experienced a direct confrontation with the staff. Overall, this was a distressing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a night this is perfect if you are working at the NATO base. The prices are cheap the bedrooms and facilities are amazing. Okay the language can be a barrier but no issue with Google translate. Very warm and accommodating staff you would think the rooms would cost twice as much also very secure parking which in Lago is a must. Also dogs are welcome which is amazing.
