We went with my wife and my two dogs to stay for the weekend. The managers were very kind and welcoming, even with the dogs which is not always to expect in Italy.

Very nice hikes close from the location, the Castello di Savoia and the Sentiero della Regina is a must see.

Highligy recommended, will be coming back!

Booked Gran Baita hotel with Silvia a few months earlier for a week skiing with my daughter . Silvia was so efficient with the booking and answered every question prior to our arrival. We arrived late and Silvia was so helpful with dinner and upgraded our room without us asking for it. |Loved the authentic Italian alps experience from a very comfortable room with also access to the hotels sauna and steam room which was excellent after a hard days skiing.||A dry and warm ski room was also very welcome||Lovely staff and also great to chat with other guests who made us English tourists very welcome.||Food was varied and very good for the half board package and very good quality ||Also breakfast was very good and we never went hungry ||Thanks Silvia and team 😀👍

Exceptionally friendly owner. Her warm welcome and enthusiasm were unbeatable. We had a nice chat and she instantly made us feel at home. She also gave some good advice on what to do/see around. The sauna and steam bath were a nice extra for a very reassonable price. The breakfast was super tasty, varied and had some nice local products. We can highly recommend this place.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and cannot do enough to help. The hotel is quaint and comfortable, so nice to sit in the bar where the fire is roaring and have a few drinks and make new friends. Restaurant is top quality (see photos) with possibly the nicest duck I have ever had.
Rooms are basic, but comfortable beds and they have everything you need if you don’t intend to spend a lot of time in them.
Very clean, very functional and ….. they care a lot about your pets. This was very important for me. It is such a pet friendly hotel. Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a lovely week in Gran Baita. Staff are all very lovely and accommodating. Location is great, with only a 5 min walk to the center of Gressoney and 3 min walk to the bus for the slopes. The buffet breakfast had a great spread. Would highly recommend!!

Lovely, friendly staff - very accommodating and we felt very looked after. The breakfast was a tasty selection and the hotel had a little gym and a sauna option too which made it even better. We’ll always come back to Gran Baita!

Silvia is a fantastic host. Thanks to her and her team (breakfast team and Marcello!) we had a fantastic stay and I can only recommend her hotel, her organisational skills and friendliness!
