This place and specifically Rusty Blanton have been fantastic. They bend over backwards to make sure my every need is met. I hardly have to lift a finger, Rusty takes care of all of the paperwork and even the delivery of equipment. It’s a big business, but they make you feel like your business matters.

I don’t think I would ever want to come to a place like this where one of the employees is a moderator for a group chat which promotes anthropomorphic animals performing in**st with one and another.
The employee in question I have no name, but provided images is as close to as identification I have. The image from what appears to be a docking area is evidence that the man has access to the business.
My request is that he comes under review. Shameful.

No respect for peoples property. Drove truck with trailer over private yard and driveway!!!! Leaving horrendous ruts in well manicured and treated lawn.

Sat here for 45 mins waiting to talk to someone about parts while employees just sat in the back. Worst experience they took forever with every customer like they couldn't find parts. You're only ordering John Deere parts. This is why I normally go to gainesville United Ag and Turf. Crazy slow and no care for customers.

My mother took her gator in with starting issues.. I had already verified that the battery and starter were good. 3 things left I could not verify. 1 ignition switch 2. Brake pedal switch 3 the wire from ignition switch too starter solenoid. They called her told her they washed it.. 56.00 diagnosis 65.00 and a new starter with labor aprox 750.00. Starter is good I remind you.. there was no power to the solenoid so it can't be tested... don't use this place. Highly recommended they when it was quality implement. Had her take it home and take the ignition switch to another john deere shop .. it tested bad. Don't use these guys I can't stress this enough.

We didn't get any help from anyone "working " at the place. Had to go online just to get someone's attention and then it was from out of town. When our little tractor was delivered we had to help unload it and the guy left as soon as he could. No walk around or familiarization with tractor or implements given. Not too happy with the John Deere guys in Burkburnett. Would have been better to go farther to get better assistance.

Hands down great customer service at the Burk location. This is our second time buying a tractor and the experience altogether was great. I can't say enough great things about this time around. It was so simple and so easy to work with these guys. They run a great place! Where else can you get what you're needing or looking for in a few hours hassle free? We will be back! Go see these guys!
