Il propietario pensa e lo riferisce con tono molto arrogante che la strada davanti al suo hotel sia di sua legittima proprietà, nonostante non sia presente alcun cartello o divieto che lo dimostri. Se volete passare una vacanza tranquilla senza il timore che ogni piccola "sbagliata" azione possa essere fonte di richiamo cambiate posto.

Toller Urlaub...
Im wunderschönen Grado haben wir 12 Tage in einer Ferienwohnung der Villa Reale verbracht.
Die Wohnung war klasse, zentral gelegen und mit Blick auf das Meer.
Herr und Frau Vianello waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen hoffentlich bald wieder.

Corona geschuldet - haben wir im vorigen Jahr die Villa Reale nicht besucht. Heuer dagegen mit großer Freude. Und es ist alles unverändert. Unverändert schön. Doch halt, es gibt kein Abendessen mehr, weil die Personalsituation alles so schwierig macht. Ich bedauere dies sehr, aber meiner Freude an der Villa und vor allem an den beiden Gastgebern, Sabine und Mario, tut das keinen Abbruch. Wir hatten das Privileg des Zimmers mit der Seitenterrasse. Mein Lieblingszimmer. Auch wenn die camera nicht sehr groß ist, die Terrasse entschädigt umso mehr. Heuer hat Frau Sabine uns mit Lokaltipps und Reservierungen versorgt - alle Empfehlungen waren vom Feinsten; der Direktor schenkte spät des Nächtens noch einen ebenfalls feinen Grappa aus und glänzte wiedreinmal durch seine höfliche Gastgeberrolle.

In die Tage gekommenen Haus ohne entsprechenden Service trotz ambitioniertem Preis. Haus ähnelt eher einer Pension. 240€ fü ein Pensionszimmer!!!||Laut, Strandparty hört man bis tief in die Nacht. Lieblos zusammengestellte Möbel.||Wlan nur an der Tür, Bad neu gemacht, jedoch viel zu klein und ins Zimmer gepuscht.||Bescheidenes Gemache um den Schlüssel, man bekommt keienn Haustürschlüssel. Park ist eien Phars (Parkplatz, wenig gepflegt). Tiegermücken stechen von morgens bis abends. Trotz inserat im Fahrradführer keine Lademöglichkeit f. E-Bikes, Fahrradgarage nicht angschlossen. Nicht zu empfehlen

Ein wunderbarer Ort. Die Villa ist großartig. Das Interieur ist großteils original aus 1912. Betten sind sehr fein. Das Stiegenhaus ist ein Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist auch sehr familienfreundlich und der Besitzer Mario ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer für ein Pläuschchen zu haben ist. Auch das Frühstück ist Top, insbesondere das tolle Service. Die Nähe zum Strand ist sowieso Perfekt. Preise natürlich dementsprechend aber das Erlebnis in einem so tollen Haus zu wohnen ist es allemal wert. Wir kommen wieder!

Grado is an old city port with lots of antiquities and character. The lagoon and sea separated by the town. Access by car over the causeway from Aquilera gives wonderful views as you approach the town. Access by air is to the local airport near Trieste. This area is frequented by mainly Austrians and Italians as we heard no English voices during our too short a stay, although most speak it. The area has changed hands several times in it's history, now part of Italy.|This hotel is an old Austrian Villa (1910) converted into a luxury hotel nearly 100 years ago and still owned and run by the same family. Very welcoming and hospitable owner with lovely rooms attentive staff and spacious grounds. Our room was very spacious with air conditioning with a large south facing balcony too. Good parking, once passed through the pedestrianised area and obtained access through the road pillar restricting access ( it is accessed by a remote ). Easy access to the beach which is excellently cleaned and organised, lovely sand and gentle slope to reach the water deep enough for swimming with good security ( lifeguards etc) cafes and other amenities. |Large private covered dining area secluded by trees. Garden with recliners etc. Excellent food and wine, immaculately served. An easy walk from the hotel into the ancient city with the Cathedral churches and Roman ruins, plenty of cafes, Gelataria, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Hiring a boat gives access to the small islands and the lagoon. Venice and the Italian lakes, Verona etc are not too far away by car as we combined during our visit.|Would love to return and enjoy the lovely hospitality.

Schwabenschläue
Habe heute mit dem Haus Herren telefoniert und ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Tage ab heute gebucht. Der Preis wurde beim Telefonat mehrfach mit 150,00€ je Nacht incl. Frühstück genannt. Hatte extra noch einmal die 300,00€ für die beiden Übernachtungen genannt damit alles klar ist. Als meine Frau und ich nach 100 km Radtour hier an kamen wurden wir von der schwäbischen Hausherrin in Empfang genommen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage mit Krempel abstellen. Übliche Lade.station für die E Bikes Fehlanzeige. Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer als Upgrade zugeteilt weil wir ja so weit mit den Rädern gefahren sind. Zimmer alt aber ok. Bad wie früher mit Duschvorhang aus Kunststoff. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Als ich unseren Schlüssel an der Rezeption aufhängen wollte fand ich eine Visitenkarte mit folgendem Text. Herzlich Willkommen Herr Xxxxxx in unserem Hause Preis je Übernachtung 250,00€. Nicht aus zu denken was die Inhaber nach zwei Tagen veranstaltet hätten wenn wir auf die 300,00€ Wie vereinbart bestanden hätten. Haben dann sofort das Haus verlassen. Leider wurde uns noch gesagt das es im Hotel gegenüber billiger wäre. Schwaben sind ja bekanntlich besonders schlau aber nicht mit uns. Empfinde das als Betrugsversuch. Schade.

Me and my husband have stayed here last summer and we have booked again for this year. The ancient villa is beautiful and well preserved, the stuff was very friendly. The owners are an Italian-German family, kind and very welcoming. The location is really central, directly in front of the beach and the food was excellent. They also have lovely gardens where one could relax and enjoy their free time.
